Salem: A serious hearth broke out at Mettur thermal plant on Tuesday at round 4:30 am within the conveyer belt space in Salem district, Tamil Nadu. The reason for the fireplace eruption remains to be unknown and officers looking for out the rationale behind the fireplace.
As per stories, it took a complete of eight hearth tenders from Mettur Industrial Estate, Nangavalli, Edappadi, and JSW hearth stations to place out the fireplace. The blaze stated to be doused at 9 am.
On receipt of data, the Fire and Rescue providers personnel rushed to the spot and managed to douse the fireplace in two hours, officals near the event knowledgeable information company PTI.
