Dushyant Dave, Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President on Thursday resigned from his submit stating that his proper to proceed on the place has been “forfeited”. Acting Secretary of SBCA Rohit Pandey confirmed the information of the senior advocate’s resignation with quick impact.

“Following recent events, I feel that I have forfeited my right to continue at your Leader and so I hereby tender my resignation from the post of the President of the SCBA with immediate effect. Our term has already come to an end,” Dave said in his letter.
“We sincerely determined to carry a digital election to elect a brand new physique. Now I discover it is probably not potential to carry them as per the schedule declared by the Election Committee attributable to reservations held by a few of you.
