Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will Monday embark on a week-long tour to Japan in a bid to draw investments in varied sectors for the japanese state, officers mentioned.

Through the go to, Patnaik is prone to attend programmes in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and return on April 9, they mentioned.

“We’re optimistic about wooing Japanese buyers as they’re nicely acquainted with Odisha. Aside from a steady authorities, we have now huge pure assets and business-friendly insurance policies,” the state’s Industries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Pratap Keshari Deb mentioned.

Odisha will search Japanese investments in sectors like tourism, meals processing, auto elements, electronics, chemical substances & petrochemicals, mining, metals and knowledge know-how, the officers mentioned.
