Amazon must do higher at taking good care of its staff, Jeff Bezos mentioned on Thursday in his last letter to shareholders as chief govt officer of the web retail big.

“While the voting results were lopsided and our direct relationship with employees is strong, it’s clear to me that we need a better vision for how we create value for employees,” Bezos, the world’s richest man, wrote within the letter.
“I think we need to do a better job for our employees.”
Amazon, the second-largest personal employer within the US, has been criticised by a few of its 800,000 staff for having harsh working situations.
Bezos pushed again in opposition to that criticism in his letter, saying that studies that the corporate’s employees had been handled “as robots” had been inaccurate.
