New Delhi: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will work together with training secretaries of all states on May 17 and evaluate the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the training sector.
In the digital assembly, the minister may also evaluate the promotion of on-line training and implementation of the New Education coverage.
Sources additional stated that that is the primary digital assembly of the Union Education Minister with the state training secretaries after COVID -19 second wave.
“Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will meet virtually all state education secretaries on Monday. The top agenda of the meeting will be COVID -19 pandemic and its impact on education, promotion of online education, implementation of the New Education policy and preparation made by states,” training ministry sources informed ANI.
According to sources, the Union Minister may also evaluate the preparation made by the state training departments to deal with the COVID-19 and the way college students can proceed their on-line training regardless of the pandemic.
In the wake of the second wave of COVID-19, the Union Education Ministry has cancelled the Class 10 CBSE board examination and postponed the CBSE board examination of Class 12.
The ministry has additionally postponed all exams of upper training scheduled in May.
